Subject: System/Process for Work from Home
What: Process/system for Work from Home
Objective: 1. To organize work during pandemic and WFH
2. To instill discipline and order in WFH
3. To make the staff productive, reduce waste
Background:
1. We seem to be disorganized with regards to WFH
2. The post does not see clear outputs/contributions from WFH
Who: Office staff: accounting, administrative, sales (who can do telemarketing and face book marketing
sales service staff are not allowed work from home
When: During Alert Level 4 when movements of people are limited due to rise in number of cases;
When public transportation is limited
Procedure:
1. Staff logs in or fill up a ticket or enters the blog for WFH.
2 Staff submits work schedule for the week specifying:
Goals: Projected outputs: reports, sales, ledgers, letters specified per day
Tasks: List down required tasks and jobs for each of the required output
Inputs; specify money, machinery, and other resources required
Accomplished outputs for each task at the end of the day
3. Staff fills in a ticket or logs in at blog or website:
